workout tips - have a healthy and good body image!

 
Workout is a body exercise that helps your body maintains its physical fitness and health and wellness. Your body needs to have a physical activities/exercise to maintain physical fitness that can contribute to a healthy weight, muscle strength, strengthening immune system and it can also reduce stress level.

Today you will learn the many things about making your workout plan. These are some tips on making your workout plan and achieve your ideal weight and healthy body.
1.) 1.)  First know your motivation and set up your goals, you need your motivation to help you keep going and set your goals to know what you really want to achieve, do you want a healthy life a live happy without worries of this life threatening disease.
2.)  2.)   Adjust your food intake. I know most of us love foods and the very hard part is to limit your food intake but I’m going to teach some technique on how to adjust your food intake without noticing it. The trick is burn your calories then consume. You should divide your food intake into 5 smaller meals. You should put 2 and a half hours time interval in your meal time.
3.)   3.) Plan your cardio workout 3-5 days a week or it depends on your weight lose goal, the more the longer the days or you can do some light workout in the remaining days if you feel you can go further.
4.)  4.)  Warm ups before you proceed to your workout it can improve your workout effectiveness and reduce muscle fatigue, some of the common warm ups are stretching and bending knees. Warming up will prepare your body to do your physical activities.
5.)  5.)  Do your workout early in the morning or in the evening. For your morning workout you can do fast walking, running/jogging, biking and also you can do sports like swimming, cycling, tennis etc. For your evening workout you can do sit-ups, push ups, and weight lifting.
